Hazard is anything that has the potential to cause harm.
Risk is the likelihood that a hazard will cause harm in the given circumstances and the consequences.
Risk control is a strategy that is implemented to eliminate or, if it cannot be eliminated, reduce the risk associated with an identified hazard.
When our employees are at work, we can reduce the risks and other hazards by taking safety measures in advance against common risks such as motorbike driving, storage of pesticides, use of equipment’s, delivery of various services at sites that are at height or in confined spaces and electric areas.

Regular training is conducted to build the safety culture and to ensure the safety guidelines are being followed.
Customer Site Risk Assessments - CSRA is conducted prior to cater services. This helps in identifying various Hazards and Risks while delivering services.
Once identified how these can be minimized or eliminated to avoid injury, accident, and losses.
Understanding the importance of safety culture and it's contribution to the growth of organization.
Use of right PPEs along with its scheduled maintenance and servicing.
Material Safety Data Sheets, Label directions and manufactures instructions.
Waste Disposal and Spill Management
First Aid Training, Fire Safety, and Rescue Plan

Delivery of services at sites with Zero Tolerance.
Practicing safe two-wheeler and Four wheeler driving.
Performing jobs with full safety gear and measures with functional equipment.
Continuous Inspection of PPEs and Vehicles.
Link the Employees Appraisals with Safety assessment Scores.
Award the Employees who practice and implements the safety rules to promote the safety culture.
Encourage near miss and accident reporting culture to learn and prevent major accidents and human losses.
Protect the environment, watercourse, water supply, land and air with preventive pest management techniques and usage of low toxic chemical applications.
Quarterly HSE Audits to review and measure safety performance.
